- Have Basic Revit skill
- Proficiency use of English Language in reading and writing (proficiency English speaking skill is highly desirable)
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings
- Ability to understand and interpret building codes
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to manage your own time and meet deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Preferably to be detail oriented and strive for perfection
- Team work oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively with others, including peers and management
- Ability to work in office environment, with hours monitored by manage
